No Show and Refund Policy
At Hope Mental Healthcare, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality care to every patient. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we maintain the following policies:
No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and accommodate other patients in need of care.
Refund Policy

Payments made for services are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable events) and are granted solely at the discretion of Hope Mental Healthcare management.

Any approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
